Once decorated workwear/uniforms are 100% tax deductible The quality of our embroidery is of an exceptionally high standard, due to us using the best digitizers possible and the latest high tech machines. Colours Up to 15 different colours can be included in a design. Digitizing (converting your artwork to embroidery) All designs must be digitized. Digitizing turns a chosen font style or an image (such as a logo) into a computer file that the embroidery machine can read. All embroidery companies have to pay an expert designer to transform any artwork to embroidery. The number of stitches in the design determines the cost of the design. We simply pass this cost onto you as a one off set up charge unless you are placing an order above 25 garments and then we will waver the fee. Image / logo digitized = £15 - £35 Embroidery prices Our usual embroidery price for a logo upto 7,000 stitches is £2.50. we can give an accurate quote for a logo larger than this as soon as we have taken a look at it. Your artwork The sooner we recieve your artwork the sooner we can give you an exact price on the cost of the digitizing if your order is below 25 garments and the price of your embroidery if your logo is above 7,000 stitches. The better quality the artwork you give us. The better quality the embroidery we will do for you. Ideally we require your artwork sent to us by email in any of the following formats: JPEG or PDF. You can alternatively post your artwork to us on a business card, letterhead or cd. We can take your artwork from your company website but the image quality isn’t normally as good as it can be. Embroidering your logo Each embroidery design is created using high speed computerised machines that result in a piece of embroidery that gives a superb finish which will outlive the garment. Sample An embroidery sample is produced onto an appropriate fabric for you to approve before any work commences. The sample will show you: The exact size of the design. The colours that the design will be. The quality of the embroidery that we have produced for you. Positioning of the logo and size 99% of logos are normally embroidered onto the left breast area of the workwear garment, although logos can be embroidered onto the arm or onto the back of the garment. Front logos usually measure anywhere between 70mm and 115mm depending on the design. The back logo should be positioned across the shoulder blades and looks at its best at around 250mm wide. Print is normally used on the back of the garments because it is better and more cost effective at covering large areas.
