Just contact us giving us details of the garments you are interested in and the size of your order and we will work an improved price out for you. If you are an existing customer and you recommend us to one of your friends or associates and they spend over £300 with us you will recieve £20. There are hundreds of products on our website but we can get thousands more if necessary, so get in contact and we are certain we will be able to source or manufacture something to match your needs. What payments do you accept? Cash BACS bank transfer Cheque Paypal How do i order? All orders must go through our ecommerce shop on our website or be sent to us by email or posted to our headquarters. we can not accept orders verbally and must have them in writing. if you do not use our website and submit the order in writing we must know the following information: product code, product colour, product size, position of logo if wanted. if you want your logo printed or embroidered on then send us your artwork asap along with any clear instructions. What is your standard turnaround? Plain garments are usually dispatched within 13 working days after payment of your order. Printed or embroidered workwear is usually dispatched within 7-12 working days after payment of your order and approval of your artwork. What is your delivery charge? Our shop is geared towards bulk purchases and we charge £10 on UK deliveries for unlimited products. What if any of my garments are out of stock? If any item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted by email or by phone and will be given 3 options. Option 1 You will be offered the choice of an alternative product. Option 2 You can wait until all items are available for dispatch. Option 3 Any missing items will be placed on back order and we will send them to you at the earliest possible date once we receive them. What is your returns policy? Please ensure you have selected the correct size, colour and quality of garment as this responsibility is entirely yours. We can send sample garments to you so you can check sizings and quality. Samples must be paid for in advance. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in perfect condition, with any original packaging and suitable for re-sale. Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 7 days of receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong items have been dispatched. Where do i return goods to?
